The Toronto Raptors D-Leauge affiliate, Raptors 905  have been on quite a tear this season with a 21-7 record heading into Tuesday nights game. The Mississauga based clubs first year head coach and former NBA star Jerry Stackhouse was named Tuesday as the head coach of the Eastern Conference team that will play in the D-League all-star game as part of the NBA’s celebratory weekend in New Orleans Feb. 17-19.

Stackhouse, took over the head job in with the D-League team after a season as an assistant to Raptors head coach Dwane Casey.

The 905’s impressive record is made even more eye-opening when you realize that the club is unbeaten on the road and has are comfortably atop the league’s Central Division.
